What is the Compliance Label?

A “Accepted” label is placed on a measuring device after it successfully passes verification tests. This label ensures that the pump has been calibrated under Taqyees supervision, and verification certificates for the pumps are issued within 24 hours of the visit for accreditation with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the General Directorate of Civil Defense concerning licensing procedures for fuel stations by the Ministry of Energy.

How to Submit a Request

For Post-Maintenance Verification:

1. Access the Taqyees platform: https://eservices.taqyees.sa/
2. Register a new establishment.
3. Add a new branch.
4. Add measuring instruments (scales or pumps) using the quick entry mechanism.
5. Submit a maintenance request.
6. Once the maintenance request is approved by Taqyees, you can apply for post-maintenance verification and select Green Roads.
7. Add to the request basket and complete the request and invoice issuance.

For Periodic Verification:

1. Access the Taqyees platform: https://eservices.taqyees.sa/
2. Register a new establishment.
3. Add a new branch.
4. Add measuring instruments (scales or pumps) using the quick entry mechanism.
5. Upload the verification request and select Green Roads.
6. Add to the request basket and complete the request and invoice issuance.

Our Technical Resources

To conduct field inspection and verification operations, our company possesses devices equipped with systems for metrological verification of fuel pumps. Each system includes three standard capacity measuring instruments of 20 liters or 50 liters, compliant with the international recommendations of OIML and accredited by the National Legal Calibration Program “Taqyees.”
